Way out here, where sunshine has to be piped in. :)

Other than that, I'd rather not say.

We have Co-Pastors, worship, children, and justice. We just now hired an administrative assistant.

Well, first, we believe that plurality of elders/pastors (same thing) is a biblical model. You will find many churches that have both paid pastors/Elders, and non-staff elders, which of course are not expected to put in the hours of a paid staff person, but who are given spiritual oversight of the flock.

So, we began with the 3 staff, then a pastorally qualified man, who was also a full-time counselor, came to our church and volunteered to oversee a counseling ministry and small groups, so we added him. The pastoral assistant is a seminary student who is learning on the job. He actually doesn't do a lot durring the week, just teaching a SS class right now, preaching occasionally, and helping us old foggies (in our 30's...he's in his 20's) get technologically up-to-date. He is not recognized as a pastor/elder yet. I think paying him would be a good idea, but it's not really up to me.

We would love to bring on the counseling pastor full-time, but our church is not able to financially at this time.

We have MANY employees at our church. So much so that we're going to need to figure something out to either let some of the kids go or maybe work out a situation with setting up a company that we would hire as a contractor. This is to get under the 50 employee thing for Obamacare, I believe.

    For pastors, we have:

    Senior Pastor
    Senior Associate Pastor
    Missions Pastor
    Children's Pastor
    Youth Pastor
    College Youth Pastor
    Recovery Pastor
    Business Pastor
    Campus Pastor
    Campus Pastor
    Outreach Pastor

All are ordained pastors except the Outreach and College Youth Pastor but they are working on their ordination.

Then we have a large staff of many others. Most are part time - just a few are full time.

    Office manager
    3 secretaries
    deaf coordinator
    small groups coordinator
    counselors
custodians (many of these are the teens who work just a few hours a week)
    media tech (me!)
    children's ministry coordinator
    children's ministry assistant
    worship coordinator
    financial secretaries (2)
    women's ministry/drama coordinator
    sound manager/coordinator
jack-of-all-trades (not sure what his official title is but he deals with many technical issues, construction, video stuff, etc. - he's amazing!)
    preschool teachers
    preschool administrator
    worship arts coordinator
    nursery and special events coordinator

I know there are more but I can't think of them off the top of my head. I was trying to go through the offices and the church to figure them all out! :)

Well, for example, if you insult my wife, instead of me getting all upset, I just call the justice pastor, and he roughs you up a bit, unless you can pay him off...
