Rand Paul 2016

Not saying that I would vote for him, but I could vote for him. (I'd have to see who else was running.)

 

Early days, but what I am learning about him makes a better impression on me than his father did.

 

This is exactly what I was trying to say in another thread. There isn't a single republican or independent that has the name recognition and/or popularity that some democratic potentials have.

You ask democrats if they'd vote for Hillary, and you get an unhesitating YES. You ask republicans and independents, and you get "maybe...."

 

Of course he is running. That is the only reason for his grandstanding filibuster. Sheep will bleat their way to line up behind him.

 

Same can be said of democrats, can't it?

 

100% behind him. 100% hoping for the defeat of Mitch McConnell in 2014.

 

Like they did with Obama?

 

Any Christian who would support a baby killer like Obama has no right to talk about bleating sheep!

This bleating Marxist hypocrite would be laughable if his purpose were other than bankruptcy of the country and his celebration of abortion and installation of mortality tests.

 

Not only would I support him, I think he is the BEST available candidate (and I nominate Niki Haley for VP)...

 

Of course, if we latch onto a good candidate like Rand Paul, the question becomes who the Democrats put up since Obama will not run again. Hopefully they will nominate Biden.

 

If Paul wins the nomination, I will vote for him wholeheartedly. He is a better politician than his father, and I like his forcing Obama to back down from the use of drones against Americans.
