WAS physical healing provided For In Cross of Christ?

that we now have a right to have divine healing, die to him freeing us from the curse, and have health per promise of God, as per Charasmatic movement espouses?

that its ALWAYS Will of God to heal, its just either lack of faith/unbelief?

I don't think we have the right to claim salvation in the attitude you are claiming!
But there is healing at the cross! Spiritual, emotional and physical!

Can you show me in scriptures where it is not God's will to heal?

read Hebrews 11, as God commended at first those whose faith in him asaw great and mighty acts he did for them, but then:

release, so that they might rise again to a better life. 36 Others suffered mocking and flogging, and even pchains and imprisonment. 37 qThey were stoned, they were sawn in two,1 rthey were killed with the sword. sThey went about in skins of sheep and goats, destitute, afflicted, mistreated—38 of whom the world was not worthy—twandering about in deserts and mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth.

39 And all these, uthough commended through their faith, udid not receive what was promised, 40 since God had provided something better for us, vthat apart from us they should not be made perfect

Also, peter referring to isaiah 53 said:
Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

1Pe 2:25 For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.

So the death of jesus for spiritually, not physical healing!

So its the Sovereign Will of God, sometimes he chooses to do healings, many times chooses not too also!

So you think Jesus was sent to heal the sick back then...but now he does not want to heal?

God is a good God. He is not causing us to die! He is not putting sickness on us!

There are three things mentioned in the Bible for us remaining sick...
    Sin (John 5:14)
A direct attack form satan (John 9:2,3)
Natural things..if you fall you could break a leg, hurt ourselves, catch a cold, get an infection, have swelling...all kinds of things..for purely natural reasons.

What do you think is our responsibiltiy in all of this?

There is absolutely no promise in the cross of any level of physical healing this side of redemption. The cross is solely about our salvation and nothing else. There is no case to be made for such a ridiculous claim.

Now, Rev, of course there is! Don't you know that in 1900-1905 Parham, Seymour, and followers discovered this and other doctrines in the scriptures that no one had seen there for the previous 1900 years, and the reason it had not been seen for all that time was because of unbelief? Where have you been?

Maybe you would like to do a word study on the word "SOZO." It was used over 100 times in the NT. It's an all-encompassing word for salvation, often rendered "save" or "saved." A closer look at how this word was translated makes it clear that our salvation includes more than just forgiveness for sins.

Throwing a word out there and then making a claim about it without any information to back up your claim about that word does not make your case. You don't know what in the world you are talking about. The problem with charismatic theology is that is is far to often based on fallacies for example:

It is highly doubtful that you are even aware of theological fallacies or how to avoid them.

Those who hold to the doctrine of Healing in the Atonement cite this passage as their proof text:
    Isaiah 53:4-6
So, the conclusion is that Jesus died no only for our sins but also our sicknesses.
It is clear that the healing by his stripes was for our sins and iniquities.

Now, let's consider another passage from the New Testament. Jesus is in Capernaum.
    Matthew 8:16-17
Here, Matthew, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, quotes Isaiah 53:4, and declares that this prophecy is fulfilled.

When was it fulfilled? In Capernaum. In the evening.

Jesus fulfilled Isaiah 53:4 in His LIFE, not his death.

So much for physical healing in the atonement.

Peter also confirmed to us that God meant a spiritual healing to come from messiah, as he referneced isaiah 53 in contex of jesus saving us from our sins!

was God 'good' when he sent his own Son to die, on behalf of sinners who derserved their judgement?

was God 'good' when all the Apsotles suffered horrible deaths for jesus, cept for John, who survived being bioled in oil per church tradition?

when bad things happen to us, is God still 'good?"

So you have not studied the word Sozo in the Bible???
Would you like me to share some of mine to get you started?

Galatians 1:4 Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:

Jesus died for more than just our spiritual, eternal realm. Jesus also came to deliver, protect and provide for us in this physical world right now.

Some examples of Sozo referring to the forgiveness of sins:
    Matt. 1:21
    1 Cor. 1:21
    Heb. 7:25

Sozo was translated another 53 times as "saved" (past tense) in reference to forgiveness of sins. However there were also times where the exact same Greek word was translated as "healed."
Mark 5:23 And (Jared)besought him greatly, saying *, My little daughter lieth at the point of death: I pray thee, come and lay thy hands on her, that she may be healed (Sozo); and she shall live.

Here the word is used as healing.

This same word that's used for both forgiveness of sins and physical healing is also applies to deliverance from demons in Luke 8:36
"They also which saw it told them by what means he that was possessed of the devils was healed(Sozo).

Acts 14:9 The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed (Sozo).

    THat will get you started!

Is. said that by his stripes! In Matt. he had not gone to the cross yet!

If you study the Hebrew meaning in vs. 4, they clearly refer to physical healing.

Matthew 8 verifies that Isaiah 53 was speaking of physical healing. Because that was what he was doing in Matt. 8.

In light of Matt. 8, it is clear that when Isaiah 53 says that He bore our sorrows and carried our griefs, and that by His stripes we are healed, this is not just referring to some kind of spiritual or emotional healing. It's talking about the physical healing of our bodies. Even the commentary of Matt.8 on Is. 53 verifies this powerful truth.

Again Matt 8 describes Jesus fulfilling this prophecy! ...it also verifies that by his stripes we are healed is also physical healing done at the cross!

    God is always good!

God did not do that to the apostles! Man did! We will go through trials and we will have sickness in this world! But the scriptures are plain that he died for our healing too!

You don't need to get me started. But you might try taking a look at how the word "healed" is used. But even then you will have great difficulty since you do not seem to understand some very basics of hermeneutics.
