There seems to be a big controversy over the "endorsement" of this version by author Chuck Missler,
as Missler has always used, and has been an advocate for, the King James Version.
Is there any justification for yet another version of the Bible, the ISV?

The ISV "borrowed" a lot of phraseology from God's Word translation(GW)with no acknowledgment.

Similiar to how the Kjv version 'borrowed" from both tyndsdale and Geneva editions?

Can't you even get the name of Tyndale right?

Not really similar. The KJV revisers would have been in a lot of trouble by openly acknowledging their debt to Tyndale. On the other hand, the ISV "translators" to show their honesty, should have openly gone to Baker Books and come clean as to what they did. They have not, even at this late date.

That would be copyright violation, wouldn't it?

And know the Kjv translators acknowledged their use of building upon prior versions, just think some KJVO friends think the KJV bible came out from scratch, NO PRIOR versions consulted, as perfect version did not need them?
