James White and C.J. Mahaney

Perhaps I have a limited search ability where I am, but does anyone know of any statements, comments or videos that James White has made in response to the issues with C.J. Mahaney and Sovereign Grace Ministries?

What I am concerned about is the constant revisitation and revival of James Whites accusations against Ergun Caner for his discrenpencies and his accusations that Norman Geisler is purposely covering them up. Regardless of what Caner did or did not do (and on this point I agree with White that Caner's version of events is sketchy regarding his history, but Geisler's defense of him is also compelling), what astonishes me is that this revelation about Caner was not SOUGHT for in all the years that White has debated Muslims and known about Ergun Caner until AFTER White and Caner debated about Calvinism, and Geisler put out a video response to White's "The Potter's Freedom".

Any my question to James White is, with all the controversy that he dug up against Caner, why did he remain absolutely SILENT when C.J. Mahaney and several Sovereign Grace Ministry staff were involved in covering up sex crimes and pride and arrogancy accusations from some of his own pastors. I would think that would deserve an equal amount of attention from someone considered an authority and leader in the Reformed movement especially one with the recognition and popularity as the SGM as was given about a person who may have lied about where he was born.

I could be wrong about James White's response, but so far I have found NOTHING from White about this issue, not even after his own collegues, MARK DEVER, LIGON DUNCAN, and ALBERT MOHLER, released a public statement about it this year-albeit SEVERAL MONTHS AFTER being SILENT on the issue.

White debates Caner, and then digs up dirt on him personally. White puts out a response to Geisler's "Chosen But Free" to which Geisler thoroughly refuted, White then accuses Geisler of cover ups. White Debates Dave Hunt, and personally accuses him of being dishonest about his knowledge and understanding of Calvinism. Yet when one of the most notorious and popular leaders in the contemporary Calvinist movement has nearly 100 plaintiffs filing a lawsuit with documented evidence of sex crime and abuse cover ups-James White? SILENCE.
