    How can any one believe that it is the will of God, for a wife to ever be equal to her husband?


    Genesis, Chapter 3
    16: Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

    1 Corinthians, Chapter 11
    3: But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

    1 Peter, Chapter 3
    1: Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives;
    2: While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear.
    3: Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel;
    4: But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.
    5: For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands:

    And this from a guy who doesn't believe the Bible - accept what Jesus spoke.

    Can you show many in any of the verses you posted were Christ spoke?

    You are lifting this verse and putting it as a stand alone verse. That is not an honest quote.

    If you read the entire passage you will see that the man's responsibility is harder to abide by simply because the man, if he follows scripture that follows this verse has to suppress his desires and his own wants and do that which is best for his wife and family.

    How can the truth ever be dishonest?

    It is a stand alone verse.

    It will work anywhere you put it.

    I know a lot of men would dearly love it if it were a stand alone verse, but it isn't. You have to read it in its entire context. We can prove anything we want to prove by lifting verses out of context.

    The man who is the head of the household and to rule over his wife and children in the fear and Spirit of the Lord. Has to do everything that will please God. That is simple. I know what will not please God and what will please God. I do not have to have the words from a book to know these things. I fellowship with God everyday.

    Most of these Christian husbands do not fellowship with God.

    Here is how it has to be to be right all the time.

    You and all your family has to live for God. Everyday ...all day long.

    No ifs ans or buts.

    No time off.

    Everything you do is to be to bless the Lord and be with him.

    All else is in vain and not of God.

    That leaves no room for anything in the world.

    You do this...GOD WILL SEE TO IT ..

    That your wife and children will obey you.

    You will not have to do anything...but watch the Spirit of the Lord

    make everything fall in line with the will of God.

    This guy is far worse than a simple troll. He reveals a wicked and evil heart with no love for the brethren. He should be ignored and banned.
