I just tried to "quote" a post by Rev Mitchell.

However, when I hit "Quote" I just got a blank message screen.

    Whats up?

It usually works - but once in a while it does not

    I've had the same problem,
The problem also pops up sometimes when I want to correct a post.

I thought it was a firewall problem on my part - interesting to see others are having the same problem.

Haven't seen that happen, and unsure how to re-create it.

Recommend, in those situations, copying the message you want to quote and "hard-coding" (typing in the quote tag).

At the risk of insulting intelligence, you type in the quote tag using the brackets (usually above your Enter key): [ quote ] and using the slash / to "close out" the tag [ /quote ]

BUT - don't use any spaces.

Paste whatever you've copied between the opening and closing tags.

    EXAMPLE: [ quote ] paste whatever you copied here [ /quote ]

    Without the spaces:

In your case, the situation is a blessing.

The first word a parent should teach a child is "quote" so the last word he or she says on their death bed is "unquote."

Well, well. After all your grandstanding about "putting me on ignore" all you have proven is that we can't hold you to your word.
