List things he has said that have come up to bite him in his narrow posterior. I'll start....

"But I don't want the folks who created the mess to do a lot of talking. I want them to get out of the way so we can clean up the mess. I don't mind cleaning up after them, but don't do a lot of talking." Barack Obama, August 7th, 2009.

"When I meet with world leaders, what's striking -- whether it's in Europe or here in Asia..." -- mistakenly referring to Hawaii as Asia while holding a press conference outside Honolulu, Nov. 16, 2011

"UPS and FedEx are doing just fine, right? It's the Post Office that's always having problems." –- attempting to make the case for government-run healthcare, while simultaneously undercutting his own argument, Portsmouth, N.H., Aug. 11, 2009

"The reforms we seek would bring greater competition, choice, savings and inefficiencies [emphasis added] to our health care system." -- in remarks after a health care roundtable with physicians, nurses and health care providers, Washington, D.C., July 20, 2009

"Nothing in this plan will require you or your employer to change the coverage or the doctor you have. Let me repeat this: Nothing in our plan requires you to change what you have."

“That means no more illegal wire-tapping of American citizens. No more national security letters to spy on citizens who are not suspected of a crime. No more tracking citizens who do nothing more than protest a misguided war. No more ignoring the law when it is inconvenient. That is not who we are. And it is not what is necessary to defeat the terrorists.”

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, in order to effect the appropriate disposition of individuals currently detained by the Department of Defense at the Guantánamo Bay Naval Base (Guantánamo) and promptly to close detention facilities at Guantánamo, consistent with the national security and foreign policy interests of the United States and the interests of justice.

    I hereby order as follows:

He's as reliable about this as he is reliable about everything else.

Come to think of it, where are our resident socialists and their protests over their Great Pretender not doing what he promised in his first campaign to do?

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America's debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better. I, therefore, intend to oppose the effort to increase America's debt."

Regarding the "nuclear option" the Democrats took in the Senate today, the Great Pretender said the change was needed to deal with Republicans' "unprecedented pattern of obstruction ... For the sake of future generations, we can't let it become normal." -- apparently forgetting that, prior to Democrats' blockade of ten circuit court nominees put forth by President Bush beginning in 2003, no presidential nominee had been denied office via filibuster in the history of the U.S. Senate.

    Back to the O/P....

"So I don’t know about you, I don’t know how you guys operate in your life, but my general rule is if I do something and it doesn’t work — (laughter) — I don’t go back to doing it. (Applause.) We don’t go backwards, we go forwards."

"I think when you spread the wealth around I think it’s good for us."

"I do think at is certain point you’ve made enough money."

"We must preserve Israel’s identity as a Jewish state with secure, recognized defensible borders. And Jerusalem will remain the capital of Israel and it must remain undivided."

    ... followed by ...

"The truth is that this was an example where we had some poor phrasing in the speech and we immediately tried to correct the interpretation that was given. The point we were simply given we don’t want barbed wire running through Jerusalem."

Which, I'm sure, made Israel "eternally grateful" to have such a "staunch ally" as the United States as ruled ... er, led ... by Empe .... uh ... the Great Pretender.

And the "constitutional scholar" said in 2008 ...

"That generally the constitution is a charter of negative liberties. It says what the states can’t do to you. It says what the federal government can’t do to you but it doesn’t say what the state government or the federal government must do on your behalf. And that hasn’t shifted and one of the tragedies of the civil rights movement was because the civil rights movement became so focused, I think that there was a tendency to lose track of the political and community organizing activities on the ground that are able to put together the actual coalitions of power about which you bring redistributive change."

How'd he get elected after uttering that mish-mash of illogic that, quite essentially, revealed his intent to establish socialism in the U.S.?
