I got a real chuckle when I went on Facebook and saw an old buddy of mine's comment on the Super Bowl, he said it should be called,

    Class vs. Ass

What do you think it should be called?

Careful. I said something similar in another thread and was told I don't know what I'm talking about.

I'll thank you not to misrepresent the question that I actually asked you.

In the other thread, you said Peyton stinks in the postseason. I asked whether you were talking about all of his postseason games or the Super Bowl game.

I did not know what you said about Jaworski and that's what I was referring to.

Then you should learn to format your posts better because your post shows you saying it in response to my statement that Peyton Manning is not reliable in the post season.

Maybe you should learn to read the posts better.

I'm going to post here your words and my words in the order everything was written. This will take you directly to the post in question.

So, would you care to retract your statement? It's pretty obvious what I was responding to.

Manning has been horrible in the post-season, and his stats back it up. He threw 4 INTs in NE when they lost 20-3. Even in the AFC championship game they won vs NE, he threw a pick six.

Referencing the title of the thread, I vote we call it "Over." I'm ready for baseball and NASCAR! And the SEC Tournament. And the Final Four. Maybe even the NHL and NBA playoffs (though the last, no so much).

I was hoping that you weren't being serious about that, because it's a really dumb comment. Manning has won a Super Bowl and 3 AFC Championship Games and 5 NFL MVP's and you want to bench him in the playoffs. That's just dumb.

Would have been nice if you had provided these stats, but you didn't because the stats don't back up your hyperbole. Peyton hasn't been horrible in the postseason and the stats simply don't back this statement up.

In 23 postseason games, Manning has completed 572 of 889 passes, a 64% completion rate. He's thrown for over 6,500 yards in those 23 games, for an average of 282 yards per game. His QB rating is 89.2 in his postseason career. He's thrown 37 TD's and 24 INT's and his record in the postseason is 11-12. Not one thing about these numbers says horrible. Here. See for yourself.

I'm not denying that he's had bad games in the playoffs. Every QB has bad playoff games and every QB throws a pick 6 at one time or another. The Super Bowl was one of the worst games I've ever seen him play, but it's simply not true to say that his postseason stats are horrible.
