    Ohhhhh-k!

Wonderful! Now the healthcare law becomes an excuse to put on trial anyone considered an enemy of the state by using a trumped up perjury charge against them.

    My answer to that

But - what if that IS the problem and you just can't afford it? You're just not allowed to say that's the problem, and have to lie instead and pin it on the employee, or be punished?

That seems to be the case, yes. Lie if you have to, but of course, it is perjury to lie and say they weren't fired because of the ACA, if they actually were fired because of the ACA. Forget the fact the U.S. government is suborning perjury. They'll say they never told anyone that.

And some insist Obama is not a skinny dictator. I am not sure whether they resent the descriptive skinny or the fact he is a dictator. A novice to be sure but he learns however slowly!

At last we have proof that Obama uses the IRS to suppress free speech. The problem is that this healthcare plan is a huge tax increase. No Americans are allowed to admit that they can't afford the tax, which would reflect badly on our Democrat masters.

But...but...how else are we going to force those businesses to do what we want them to do?

Yes it is called perpetrating propoganda. It is the liberal way. Cut off public discussion and control the message. And it is evil.

Does anyone have a reputable source for this statement? Everyone knows that Fox News provides right-wing proganda not the truth.
