The first 'angel' was the witness of the Lamb and the resurrected saints of Revelation 14:1-5.

The second angel's message was that of the first century apostolic Church of Revelation 14:6-7.

The third angel's message was the Reformation of the 15th and 16th centuries UNTIL THE END, Revelation 14:8-13.

Next will be the Son of Man with sickle in his hand upon a cloud coming to reap the earth.... Revelation 14:14-20.

But before the end.... “These are the two olive trees and the two candlesticks standing before God on the earth”—the Scriptures. “When they shall have FINISHED their Testimony” when “the second woe is past and behold, the third (and last) woe (the Return of Christ) COMETH QUICKLY and the SEVENTH angel sounded.” Revelation 11:4,7,14,15.

“….in the days of the voice of the SEVENTH (and last) angel (near the end) when he shall begin to (finally) sound (that) the mystery of God should be FINISHED … he said: Thou must prophesy AGAIN before MANY peoples and nations and tongues and kings.” Revelation 10:7-11.

    The angels are all future.

This is a picture of your Reformation??

Revelation 14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:

This is the age now that we live in as well?

I am sorry you have such a doomed outlook on life; I do not. I don't experience the wrath of God surrounding me, nor being tormented, nor the presence of those worshiping the beast.
I live in joy and happiness of the worship of my Savior. There is something wrong if you can't do the same.

    <<<This is a picture of your Reformation??>>>

No sir; this is the vision of John of the PROTESTANT REFORMATION begun by the TRANSLATORS and REPAIRERS of the Scriptures in the English language, Wycliffe and Tyndale

The third woe as the Coming of Christ is Christian Confessional Faith every time the Apostolicum is Confessed. The Coming of Christ has always been a joyful prospect for true worshippers --- while a day of doom and judgment for the ungodly wicked and lost.

And the PROCLAMATION of Christ's imminent RETURN has ALWAYS been PURE AND HOPEFUL CHRISTIAN FAITH.

I do not know what you are talking about DHK.

Also, it has been you who decided I <<have such a doomed outlook on life>>.
    How do you know that?
You assume it because I do not believe your <prospect> of earth's and human future.

What do you want to avail with your judgments and attitude?

Further the Kingdom of God's dear Son with it?!

Then first of all, use SCRIPTURE!

Which was what I have done to give reason for the hope that in me is with a joyful heart and trust in the Coming God.

<<the age now that we live in>> is the age of "THE EVERLASTING GOSPEL" begun with the Resurrection of Jesus Christ which lasts until He shall come again.

"The third angel" is in verse 8 called "another angel" and it heralded the Reformation with the announcement that "Babylon is fallen" which then as now meant the CHRISTIAN CHURCH IS CORRUPT. In the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries the General Christian Church in essence was none other than Roman Catholicism. Today it is both Catholicism and fallen Protestantism --- ALL of Protestantism sharing with Roman Catholicism IN DAMAGING THE SCRIPTURES.

Notwithstanding hidden and invisible in the world and Church, “the Everlasting Gospel” to the resentment and misgiving of the world and the Church at large, goes on in the worship of God among the “True Believers” “IN SINGLENESS OF HEART”.

Their voice will be heard more distinct, clearer and louder in the course of time before Christ shall come again.

IS WHAT I BELIEVE SO HELP ME GOD.

The 3rd angel is what the Bible identifies as the "third angel":
Revelation 14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

What a gloomy outlook you have.
You believe you are living in the Tribulation now along with the beast, the antichrist, and his falseprophet. How terrible. Why would you think these things? Can't you see God's blessing in your life?

Revelation 14:8-10 is exactly what the Reformation and reformers did. A gloomy outlook for Roman Catholicism indeed; not for the Reformed Protestant Faith which proclaims "The Everlasting Gospel".

    What's the matter with you?

    I have maintained throughout

    the first message or angel was proclaimed by the Resurrected Christ and the "many saints" who were raised when Christ rose from the grave, 14:1-5;

    the second message or angel was the first century apostolic Church, 14:6,7;

the Reformation was the "third angel" of verse 9--the SAME angel or message which in the verse before - in verse 8 - has been described as "another angel" OF JUDGMENT which it in truth was and will continue to be until Christ will Come Again, verses 8 to 13/14.

If that is what you, DHK, view as 'the tribulation', then indeed we are today living in the time of tribulation.

But my own view is that the WHOLE CHRISTIAN ERA since the Resurrection of Christ until his Return is the time of tribulation.

Christians have ALWAYS survived on a balanced diet of suffering and rejoicing. A Christianity that is only one of the two, is not the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
