Attorney General Eric Holder refuses to apply the law equally

In June 2009, during his testimony before a Senate panel considering new hate crimes legislation, Attorney General Eric Holder clearly suggested that any new laws passed would not apply to white victims. When Sen. Jeff Sessions pressed Holder into saying exactly who would be protected under such laws, Holder gave his opinion that only those who have been subjected to “the unfortunate history of our nation,” should receive the added protection.

well, he is probably going to be the strongest recruiter to racist militias, the KKK, and some new armed groups going after every dark skinned, not necessarily black individuals.
    sad times.

Perhaps the worst thing of all is that the people put these racists back in office for a second term! Former Republican Congressman from Oklahoma, J. C. Watts, called Jesse Jackson a "poverty pimp". I believe the same could be applied to Obamma and Holder but even more so. They could have eased racial tensions in this country and helped the black community. Instead they have deliberately and with "malice aforethought" made matters worse.

Meanwhile black on white Hate crimes continue to grow under the protection of Holder and Obama.

And the media is careful not to sensationalize that type of violence. When you read a report of a particularly nasty and violent attack and the races are left out, it's usually a black on white hate crime.

Under Obama the country is becoming the country of unequal justice for all.

I can't WAIT until the end of the reign of Obeyme. And if Holder moves to another country, I'll smile.

All hate crime laws need to be tossed out. Murder is murder, assault is assault. Doesn't matter the races of those involved. We already have laws on the books...just use 'em.

    Agreed.

But enforcing them against only one race only makes it worse.
