Making English the offical lanuage?

    Would a law making English the official language of the United States be Constitutional?
    Or would the 10th amendments dictate that only a State/Commonwealth can make an official language.

    All you have to do is get the wannabe dictator in the white house to write an executive order and it's law. That's the way things work now.

    It would have to be the Federal Government. Anything the states have done lately has been knocked down by the Federal Courts. The county I live in just issued its first marriage license for "queer", i.e. homosexual, marriage under Federal court order!

    If two homosexuals can get married why not three or more people or a human and an animal?

    We need a little revolution in this country soon or there will be no country. Some states are getting tired of the Federal dictatorship.
