I'm sure we all know that song - "What A Wonderful change in my life has been wrought - since Jesus came into my Heart...."

Here is my question - is that change a one-time event, or are we (should we ) be constantly changing as we venture on our Christian Walk?

Most definitely, the change is an on-going process. The initial change is from hell bound to heaven bound, but the daily, yearly, and life changes are (and should be) a constant.

As we all face various life events, we should grow stronger, learn more, lead more (by example and by function) and become more and more humbled.

It is both a one time event and ongoing. It is a one time event in that there is a moment when we make a 180. Our concern changes away from just ourselves to God. There is also the ongoing growth as we learn and move forward.

The process for a believer is called sanctification.
