God created some as very social and others more introverted. Even looking at the animal kingdom you see the same. For example the prairie dog is a very social creature while the rabbit is not. The prairie dog lives in communities of its own kind and does not leave its young, quite unlike the rabbit. With people some are born people pleasers and others more quiet and they stick to themselves.

Oftentimes more social personalities make poor evangelists due to their often people pleasing nature of always wanting to keep the peace and not offend anyone while more introverted types will say it like it is. I believe being introverted and not as social is not sin and part of Gods design. The chapter on the body of Christ (Romans 13) confirms that not everyone is the same.

No, extroversion is part of the fall. Extroverts cause us introverts all kinds of trouble. We do not cause them trouble. It is not that introverts are not social, it is their sociability is different.

My guess is Jesus was introverted. I say this because he took time off to be alone. That is a definite trait of an introvert ... but not of an extrovert.

I believe you do not understand what extrovert and introvert really means. Most people do not and try to simplify it far too greatly.

1 Cor 12. Some God created differently. But it is sin to be a people pleaser a extroverts are usually. For example never warning to offend someone to always keep the peace il even if they are wrong.

You are over generalizing. I have met extroverts who could care less if they please anyone. I have met introverts who want to please everyone.
You cannot lump all extroverts and introverts into two simple pigeonholes.

I was just thinking the same thing about Jesus most likely being introverted. i also agree you can't always pigeonhole people into categories. I always say that I am a loud introvert, because I have no problem talking in class or making presentations etc, but I have to have time by myself or I get way overstimulated. But my husband on the other had I would say is a quiet extrovert. He does not talk much in crowds preferring to listen and observe but he actually feels energized after being in crowds.

Rabbits are very social creatures. They live in underground dens called warrens that are similar to prairie dog dens.

Extrovert or introvert, neither is worse or better than the other nor or they a cause of the fall.

Extroverts should make sure they aren't extroverts because of self-centeredness. On the other hand, an introvert should watch for the exact same thing. Self-centeredness can make one pull away from others for too long of a time AND it can make one force one's way into an unwarrented leading the pack.

I think we need both times of solitude, peace/quiet, self-reflection, private meditation, and aloneness....

....and we need times of in-person and up close and unreserved fellowship, corporate living/worship/prayer/study, business with others, and a chance to hone leadership skills.

Both (when defined and understood properly) have their place in a Christian's life.

Guess I was wrong about the rabbits. However I often see them alone and even have seen baby rabbits roaming the parking lot alone! Never have with a prairie dog.

Your husband may be a quiet extrovert. Yes, that is possible. Being extrovert or introvert is not about talking as much as it is about where you draw you energy from. Extroverts draw energy from crowds, like you husband. Introverts draw or renew their energy by having time alone.

Extroverts' interests whose attention turns to the outer world have broad, expansive interests.

Introverts' interests whose attention turns inward have narrower, deeper interests.

Dozens of them! Bye the way you got rabbits too? Are you aware there is a rabbit outside your church door and he wants you to catch him?
