Turning America into a Battlefield: A Blueprint for Locking Down the Nation

    By John W. Whitehead
    April 27, 2015

A standing army—something that propelled the early colonists into revolution—strips the American people of any vestige of freedom. How can there be any semblance of freedom when there are tanks in the streets, military encampments in cities, Blackhawk helicopters and armed drones patrolling overhead?

It was for this reason that those who established America vested control of the military in a civilian government, with a civilian commander-in-chief. They did not want a military government, ruled by force. Rather, they opted for a republic bound by the rule of law: the U.S. Constitution.

Do you mean THE power brokers or the politicians most folks mistake them for?

I mean THE power brokers. As you allude, politics is just the convenient cover to get things done and manipulate.

Hey Poncho! Do you think there is anything to the persistent reports that Obama is purging the military of general officers that refuse to agree they would order their troops to take up arms against the American people?

He can purge all he wants but I don't believe the military will ever rebel against the American people no matter what the conspiracy chieftains say!

Obama is just the face of the corporate interests he represents.

He doesn't do anything unless it first gains approval from our real rulers, the oligarchs.

It would be more accurate to call him "Brand Obama" than "president Obama" Imho.

You asked I answered. Obama is a puppet of the elite. What's so hard to understand that the borrower is servant to the lender?

Even the bible says it's so. Proverbs 22:7 (see signature line)

The US government is the "borrower". Who is the "lender" again?

    C'mon man I know you know this . . .

    No. You didn't answer.

You hid behind more meaningless rhetoric.

Too bad. It was a serious question.

No it was a question based on a false but very popular belief.

A serious question is like this . . . "why is our money created by a group of secretive private international bankers out of thin air who then lend it to our government at interest when our government has the authority to create it's own interest free money?"

I think Obama, and many other politicians, does have people he owes an agenda to, but let's not be fooled. He has is own agenda apart from any corporate instrests. He is in no way completely controlled by corporate interests alone. He has his own ideas and agenda's. Then of course he has Valerie Jarrett to guide him on how to accomplish that. He is to dumb and lazy to do it on his own.

I do not oppose him because he is black. I oppose him because he is a Marxist.

I assume that what you really meant to say was you assume "he is in no way completely controlled by corporate interests alone. He has his own ideas and agenda's. Then of course he has Valerie Jarrett to guide him on how to accomplish that. He is to dumb and lazy to do it on his own."

Anyone who can hide their entire history and make it up as they go and have people believe it is not dumb and lazy.

The people who believe it? Now that's a different story altogether.

I agree 100%. Rev has some good solid observations. Rest is "the sky is falling."

Solid observations? Is that what we're calling assumptions these days?
