A Mythical Calvin Has Lodged In The Brain

A poster here has managed to bring up the man of Geneva at the drop of a hat when no one has previously referenced him in given threads. What is up with that? I think it may be a sign of derangement. Of course he hates what is mythological. He is passionate about it. People on the other side of the aisle don't cite Arminius or Wesley even 5% of the time.

Let's review some of his gems and try to get a picture of what drives him in his hatred of a myth. Remember, in these examples no one has hinted at anything regarding the man of Geneva. Please observe his lies and his insulting language as he obsesses.

"You follow Calvin and not Christ or the Scriptures."

"You all agree with another to blindly follow the philosophy of Calvin instead of Scripture. Pity!"

"But you have put your faith in Calvin."

"Too bad you have forsaken Christ for Calvin. I just don't understand your devotion to this man."

"And still you defend your man Calvin. You should be ashamed of yourself."

"One cannot insert 'Calvin' into the middle of the chapter without warrant."

"Why don't you Cals simply believe the Bible instead of Calvin."

"You blindly believe Calvin instead of Scripture."

"Do you believe the Bible, or just everything Calvin tells you?"

The above examples are indicative of this poster's mindset. An impartial observer would fairly conclude that the above samples are not evidencing Christianty. The BB has let him get away with his game for too long. Time for a change.

 

And I had replied :"What's with you? Why, as a mod, do you insist on going on that dishonest path?"

And Icon said in response:"Can you show where anyone other than you mentioned Calvin?"

This was addressed to Icon, who had not referenced Calvin at all.

This mod was speaking to Brother Joseph who had not spoken of Calvin whatsoever.

And Icon, in response said :"I have not mentioned Calvin."

The Biblicist said in reply:"You are the one inserting this into this discussion not I. Be honest here. I never referred to Calvin or quoted Calvin."

It must be a disease of his mind.

 

This is his typical method of operation. He has no conscience.

He just throws this kind of junk out there as often as possible. It's just plain sinful. And the poster he is responding to made no mention of Calvin.

This kind of conduct on the part of someone who still remains a mod on a Christian forum is shameful.

More quotes from the mod who uses a form of "debate" that is deplorable. More examples will follow:

"That by the Word of God you actually meant the works of Calvin."

That kind of rubbish from his keystrokes is normal for him. How about when someone speaks of the Word of God --they actually mean the Word of God!

"The Bible and the Institues of Calvin are not one and the same thing. The sooner you learn that the better off you will be."

The mod was responding to a post of mine. I replied :"Who said anything about the Institutes of the Christian Religion being equal to the Bible on this thread? O, it was you --not any Calvinist. Don't make things up to score what you want to portray as points."

Here he goes again :"I don't rely on what a man (like Calvin) teaches."
This was told to Icon who had not once mentioned Calvin.

This sorry business has got to stop. It is disgusting.
