Deut. 28:63

    it will please him to ruin and destroy you (NIV)
    the Lord will find pleasure in destroying you (NLT)
    the Lord will take delight over you to make you perish and destroy you (ESV)
    He will also be glad to cause you to perish and to destroy you (HCSB)
    the Lord will delight to destroy, exterminate, and banish (ISV)
    he will take delight in destroying and decimating you (NET Bible)
    the Lord will rejoice over you to cause you to perish and to destroy you (GWT)
    the Lord will take delight in bringing you to ruin and destruction (NRSV)
    the Lord will be happy to destroy you (NCV)
    the Lord will take delight in bring ruin upon you and destroying you (NASB)
    the Lord will enjoy annihilating and destroying you (CEB)

    "This is what will happen: Just as the LORD delighted to do good for you and make you numerous, he will take delight in destroying [Hebrew – haavid] and decimating [Hebrew – hashmid] you. You will be uprooted from the land you are about to possess."
    Deuteronomy 28:63 (NET)

    Each versions follows the rules of their translation committee.
    Careful crafting bring different results but the same general meaning.

    I'm impressed with the alliteration of the New English Translation.

    Compare Ezekiel 18:32 and 33:11.

    Yes. I have no issues with the various renderings. I was just emphsizing that God's love is not abiding on everyone equally as some sentimentally believe.

    I'm not sure where you are going with the referenced passages. You think God's redeemed cannot do wickedly? Or won't be recompensed for doing wickedly?
