Following a sermon at church I always ask my boys if they have any questions about what they just heard. A couple of weeks ago the sermon was on once saved always saved. My youngest asked...if we are once saved always saved and are forever sealed in God's hand, then why would Satan even bother tempting us with sins? Why would he waste his time whispering in the ear of the saved when he would be better served on keeping the unsaved lost and deep in sin?

Because a Christian living in sin is an ineffective witness and a non-servant of Christ.

Indeed, and it keeps us from bearing fruit for God.

John 15:8 Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

Because osas as taught is false. The more biblical idea is that the saints perservere.....

As has already been answered, because if a saved person is living in sin, he has damaged his testimony to the point where he is no longer a witness for Christ. Rather, he is driving people away from the gospel.
