I now see that former Mayor Guiliani is saying that he had knowledge of a couple dozen Muslims had celebrated.
    ----------
Washington (CNN)Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani said Tuesday that while there was some celebrating by American Muslims in New York on Sept. 11, 2001, Donald Trump is "exaggerating" when he said thousands of Muslims were cheering the attacks.

"We did have some celebrating, that is true," Giuliani told CNN's Alisyn Camerota on CNN's "New Day." "We had pockets of celebration some in Queens, some in Brooklyn -- 10, 12, 30, 40" people.

There are any number of reasons not to support Trump as President but what has been thrown out thus far in this thread is all petty garbage.

I will support Ted Cruz I wouldn't mind Huckabee.

The reason for the Trump support by so many is that he has the right position on illegal immigration, the national debt, and the war on terror. Those three issues "trump" (no pun intended) the petty complaints I have seen here in the eyes of many. These three primary issues are what is going to drive this next election. People are willing to over look all the nuttiness by Trump to alleviate their fears about those three things.

The detractors on the board have not addressed the very negative aspects of Trump's personality that make so many around the world despise Americans. It is sad as a few Americans, like Trump, reinforce this view among people in other lands. So I ask the folk on the BB who support Trump which of these personality traits, that others around the world find so offensive, do you like? Simple question. Looking for honest answers. And it continues to get more stupid as they keep coming out trying to make it seem as though what Trump said actually took place. But no one has said anything near seeing thousands and thousands. That's a lot of folks, and I can't help but think that someone would have gotten a picture or video if that many folks were celebrating in the United States while we were watching folks jump to their deaths.

Muslims aren't stupid. They wouldn't, especially on 9/11, have been in any mood to draw more attention upon themselves.

Well I am not a Trump supporter but you continually make these claims that broad brush all Americans much like Obama does. Such rhetoric is anti-American.

    So it's his fear-mongering that's attracting people?

Saw thousands and thousands of Muslims celebrating 9/11, "with his own eyes."

Had an endorsement meeting with black evangelicals.

Says blacks are responsible for 81% of white homicides.

Says the Trans Pacific Partnership is a deal that was designed for China to come in and take advantage of everyone.

Says the number of illegal immigrants is 30 to 34 million, not 11 million

Says 300,000 veterans died while awaiting care.

Says Obama wants to take in 250,000 Syrian refugees.

Says Bernie Sanders wants to tax "you people" at 90%.

Says the Bush administration tried to pressure him to be quiet about his opposition to the Iraq war.

Says ISIS has built a luxury hotel in Mosul, Iraq, and is in competition with Trump's properties.

Says the GDP is "never below zero".

Says the ObamaCare website HealthCare.gov cost $5 billion.

The problem with your criticism is that if Trump does not get his statements 100% right then you ding him as 100% wrong. That misrepresents what he says.

I don't want Trump to be President at all. If he were the Nominee I will consider it but only because the danger of Clinton is so high. However, it is hypocritical in nature to hold him to a standard of complete accuracy that you yourself are not meeting when you speak of him. Taking quotes out of any context in order to create a list of what you have called "lies" that do have some truth to them is a poor way to make a case against him. Further, some of those things are neither proven to be true or false and are nothing more than questionable at best. I know Trump puts a burr under your saddle but misrepresenting him is not helpful.

When are you going to give Obama as much latitude as you want others to give Trump?

What aspects of his personality do you like?

You have yet to address the OP, the personality traits of Trump that others around the world find so offensive. How about addressing the topic? OK?

Do you realize that posting answers like this one only show you refuse to discuss honestly. After all the OP points out personality traits others around the world find offensive. How about addressing the topic instead of blowing smoke and throwing out red herring replies.

So, please address the real topic.
