folks who identify as right winged and want to purchase guns and ammunition?

Perhaps this is why the President and the Democrat candidates for President keep saying that something has to be done about the gun laws? Could this be an attempt by the President and others to provide better vetting of those who seem to be responsible for most of the domestic terrorism in the United States.

So why aren't we treating the folks in the country who fit the profile for domestic terrorism the same way we treat the folks outside the country trying to get in who fit the profile for terrorists?

It's human nature Zaac. We (well most of us) feel more threatened by someone named Ali-baba ben yusef who speaks with a foreign accent has a different cultural background a foreign accent and prays to allah than someone named Dylann Roof who speaks with a southern drawl and went to Sunday school as a child.

Its the same everywhere Zaac. America has no title deed to human nature and prejudice.

But I do agree that we (regenerated Christians) should know better.

And that's the thing Hank, we should know better. I long for a day when folks are begging to come to this country because they've heard of the great love and kindness of Christians. And know if they get here, there will be folks who love them and serve them as though they were members of their own family.

That rather than walking in fear, we'd walk by faith and not let our sight cause us to tremble at the things that a sovereign God is over to the point that it leaves us looking as lost and hateful as folks who don't know Christ.

    I agree.

Let the spiritual be their example. The fearful are like sheep without a shepherd (although its not the shepherd's fault).

Also and sometimes the warnings and/or rebukes of those expressing "righteous indignation" can be mistaken for fear. I believe we've all done.

"Pray without ceasing" - I guess if we did that there wouldn't be any time to complain or be fearful.
