    O(*&^%$*) aligns himself up with Iran..., which is a blow against Israel.

    Then comes the snow. Well it is winter time, right? ...any nation that stands against Israel.... What say you?

    Odd that anyone would suggest that snow in wintertime is Divine Judgement.

    I'm missing something here, probably missed something in the article as well. The article linked is about winter storm Jonas. Where does June and July come into play?

    Rolf..., yes..., some posters are "more challenging than others" for sure.

    Note my comment..., "Well it is winter time, right?"
    In other words, I was soliciting an exchange of ideas (Obama + Iran = Anti-Israel) perhaps causing the snow currently happening in DC that has bogged down the city. It does appear that what I got was a critical assessment.

    Then "you" came back with the following. "Odd that anyone would suggest that snow in wintertime is Divine Judgement". Why did you think that so "odd" considering my intent?

    Well, of course one could anticipate snow in the winter time as it hardly snows in June or July.

    The theme of the WND article is that any move the US makes against Israel's interests results in calamity for the US. Thus, winter storm Jonas is a judgment from God on America for having made the deal with Iran.

    I find this hard to believe. When will nations that overtly oppose Israel get their comeuppance of natural disasters and weather calamities?

    I do not care what your intent behind the OP was. The suggestion that relations with Israel would cause changes in weather is odd.

    Then I discern that you and your church are probably Calvinistic.....or non-Calvinistic....one of the two. Repent and the snow will end.

    It didn't just snow in Wash DC; it snowed in PA, NY City and elsewhere. WND is a dubious source since its editor Joseph Farah has aligned himself with Hebrew Roots preacher Jim Staley (now in jail for fraud). He called Staley his "pastor." If you are not sure what Hebrew Roots is, Google it - it's too big an area to summarize here but it growing and seducing more people away from their churches. Similar to Armstrong heresies. So not surprising such a statement would be in WND.

    Marcia..., et. al., this post of mine was not provided to, or intended to persuade or impress.

    That's the reason I asked..., "What say you?" It was intended to create discussion.

    Like if I were to ask if anyone consider's the reduction in the cost of gasoline having a negative impact on the price of tea from China.

    I certainly do not believe that snow in our North East, in the winter months, is or was the result of a curse from God. It was just a comment/question.

    I say any nation that stands against Christ . . . How can any nation whose identity rests in their rejection of Christ expect the blessings of God?
