Plan on spending an average of 5 grand - just for one ticket.
Of course - food at the stadium
    Hotel bill
    transportation (ie Taxis)
    Meals (outside the stadium)

    Ect

Because of the pathetic person of Adrian Peterson, I boycotted the Minnesota Vikings this year, (and for the most part) the entire NFL as well. I would say I've seen about an hour of NFL football all year long.

I'm fairly ambivalent about watching the Super Bowl this year.

I would never spend $5,000 on a single sporting event, no matter what it was.

I live about 125 miles from Levi Stadium who is hosting the Superbowl... I'm sure Carolina Panther fans will fly in if they have tickets adding to the already costly Superbowl... Colorado Bronco fans may drive or fly in as it is not as far as Carolina... But me?... Even if I had the money and the ticket and could go and money was no object... I would not go to that madhouse when I could sit at home with all I needed and watch the game on TV from my easy chair... Then instead of having to fight the crowd and traffic to get home... I would already be home when the game is over... Brother Glen

Well, the chances of the Browns making it to the Super Bowl anytime soon are just about equal to the chance that I'd cough up 5K for a ticket.

I was reading an article today "Name a Wild Conspiracy Theory You Actually Believe", and one of the comments was, "The New York Jets have won a Super Bowl."

You can. If that's all you want to talk about, this thread is over.
