    Interesting. The author states...

    I asked him once whether genuine believers have to bear fruit. Those of you familiar with that controversy will know the significance of that question. To my surprise, he answered “yes.”

    I have had, on several forums, discussions on this issue. I too take the view MacArthur presents, and shocked that many will vilify Macarthur without even knowing what he teaches in regard to "Lordship Salvation."

    Where do you stand on this, Jerome?

    The thread is not about "lordship salvation" unless it impinges upon the opening post. This not the forum for a food fight between lordship salvation and free grace.
