I definitely prefer to stay between 3 and 7. My "headache" comes in way before 0 so I need to be careful to not get too overly hungry and protein deprived. I HATE being too full so I can easily stop before I get to that point. Hubby and I had a lovely dinner the other night. Chateaubriand, roasted fingerling potatoes and creamed spinach. Oh my heavens, it was so good!!! I could have eaten the whole thing and gotten to a 9 but I had already purposed to save 1/2 to take home. That left me quite satisfied in the end. I also like to take a bite and put my fork down and really enjoy the food and this food was certainly enjoyable! By the time I finished what I was going to eat, I didn't feel like I had to keep eating and I had my food wrapped which I then very happily ate for lunch after church yesterday. :D I had enough room to have two bites of a wonderful cannoli cake (it was set out for patrons to take a slice if they would like and I cut a smaller sliver off of a full piece of cake). Along with a decaf coffee, it was a great night out! :)

I'm down 25 lbs since Feb 1st, hoping for another 10 lbs by the end of April

I stay around 4 but this morning I'm hovering around 2 1/2

Can't wait for my small balsamic salad with cheese for lunch
