"The reason that I'm choosing Trump is that I'm a 'big picture' guy, and I recognize that he's bringing in a lot of people who were not interested in coming in before. A lot of those people were coming in with me as well, but if we go to a system where we have a brokered convention or something that thwarts the will of the people, the Republican party will be so fractured that there is no way—I don't care who you put in there—that we're going to win, and not only we're not going to win the Presidency, but we're probably going to lose the Senate. And now we're going to have a situation where the Progressives get two to four more Supreme Court picks, and we will have lost big time.

"And the way I look at it, even if Donald Trump turns out not to be such a great President, which I don't think is the case, I think he's going to surround himself with really good people. But even if he didn't, we're only looking at four years as opposed to multiple generations, and perhaps the loss of the American dream forever."

    Wow, that's a rousing endorsement!

Maybe Trump can surround himself with really good people like the ones that ran his Iowa campaign. Or maybe the Trump University people. Or the ones he had run his New Jersey casino. Or Trump Shuttle. Trump Airlines. Trump vodka.

It just reinforces the "we want to win an election at all costs" mantra that the GOP seems to want evangelicals to adopt. It ties right into wicked men trying to convince the world that THEY will be its savior. I for one will not be the devils pawn in leading folks to think that any man is capable of saving this country.

But I guess when part of your belief system tells you some of the foolish things that his does, he would direct folks to support this charlatan because the 7th Day Adventists "prophetess" was such a charlatan.

Um . . . you need arousal in an endorsement? I think you're on on the wrong board.

Hard to see what Carson was saying from a third-grade reading level, but try again. I know you can do it if you try.

I see the rule of law doesn't mean much to you.

    Ironic, given your avatar.

Of course it doesn't. That's just a radicalized right talking point made popular by Sean Hannity and the other Fox News pundits to be used and ignored as needed.Biggrin

It ain't about the law, knucklehead. You're assuming that Carson's endorsement is in return for a position. Now prove it.

Chris Christie as Secretary of Commerce. He has been practicing by hosting infomercials.
