Just what the government wants. Any system, even an 'improved' one as long as people are dependent on her. That's one thing that is wrong with this country - 'entitlements'.

First its Gary Johnson and that is a no starter from the beginning. He is an extreme far left liberal who wants open borders and to legalize all kinds of drugs. He also supports abortion and uses ungodly terms like "fetus" to dehumanize unborn children. He is an evil man and I will have nothing to do with him.

To be fair the area this deals with is a fuzzy one for me.
While many on the right wing (and especially the particular ideology that I claim) are against government welfare of any sort, as someone whose family honestly and legitimately had to use it, I do see it as having it's place, even if the system could be improved upon.
That's not to say I necessarily approve of this particular idea. Though, I would like to see specific points/arguments brought up in the article discussed.

Libertarianism is loosely described as socially liberal and fiscally conservative, but considered to be a center-right ideology from most diagrams I've seen. To be fair a lot of libertarians do not like Johnson.
I didn't intend for the topic to be about the candidate, though.

He is no more libertarian than Trump is conservative. He is an extreme far left liberal masquerading to have a party platform. Further, the abortion issue alone will put someone in the center-left column alone.

Eh. Some libertarians are pro-choice. They can go either way on the issue. Support for marijuana legalization is common for the party too. They hold quite a few ideas that neo-conservatives find deplorable.

I am not a neo conservative. That would be the likes of Bush, McCain, Beohner, McConnell. Those things are deplorable because they are depraved and immoral.

Further than knucklehead is for open borders. Nothing center or right about that either.

Meh. The workings of the political spectrum confuse me anyway. I've seen conflicting information. I guess it boils down to how one defines left or right or whatever.
But I was hoping for discussion/debate on the topic in the article on it's own, separate from who proposed it or what movement it is or may be connected to. So I won't take my own thread further off topic. (Though I'm aiming for minimal involvement. I'm doing this as a learning exercise. I have the same thread posted on other forums I frequent.)
