Donald Trump Says He Might Meet With Putin Before Inauguration

    Donald J. Trump suggested on Monday that Hillary Clinton was too “tough” in her language about Russia, and said that if he won the election, he might meet with President Vladimir V. Putin before being sworn in.

    Mr. Trump made the remarks in an interview with the conservative radio host Michael Savage, who repeatedly affirmed Mr. Trump’s recent claims that the mainstream media was attempting to thwart him.

    Mr. Trump told Mr. Savage that the United States’ current leadership, as well as Mrs. Clinton, was too aggressive against Mr. Putin.

    Hillary is "too tough"? Wow. I thought she didn't have any fight, no stamina?! I thought Trump was a bare-knuckled fighter that would get down in the mud with his enemies.

    Oh, that's right. When Trump meets with Putin he will be getting instructions from his boss.

    Perhaps it should be spelled out for those with blinders on, that Trump is referring to that Hillary and the Dem leadership are poor negotiators and the reason he would suggest meeting before inaugurated is to diffuse the situation that seems to be stirring and is an urgent concern to many at present.

    Although Trump understands well that peace comes through strength, unlike the current leadership, he also understands how the one with strength can lay out the terms in order to actually receive what they are bargaining for. .

    Meeting with a foreign leader before you are inaugurated is a show of disrespect for the current President. Yeah, we all loathe Obama, but gimme a break, he's the President and shouldn't be disrespected.

    His entire message is diffuse. Here's a piece, there's a piece, here's a piece that conflicts with the other pieces. What in the world does Donald know about peace and strength? He must have absorbed by osmosis, although I can't tell he's been anywhere near someone who knows such things.

    Mr. Putin should be careful about what he wishes for. He's going to end up with a POTUS who is as vindictive as he is and is an American nationalist.
