Pretty good for template-based web design software. (At least I think it is a template based design.) Good use of white space, clean layout, easy to read text, clear photos.

On the home page I would increase the font size of Solid Rock Baptist Church. Make that name bigger! It's a great name for a church.
You might want to put a small black border, maybe 2 pixels, around each photograph on every page, but you don't need to do so.
Your link to Services in the footer menu from the Home Page goes to the VBS page and there is no footer menu on that page. There is no footer menu on several of your pages.
Your link to Updates in the footer menu from the Home Page reloads the Home Page.
If possible, get rid of the link Proudly Powered by Weebly that at the bottom of each page. You might not be able to do this if you are geting some sort of a promotional pricing on the web hosting service.

That's what popped out at me at a quick glance. The overall look is pleasing, you just need to tweak and fine tune it now.

Love seeing a bit about the pastor, maybe a short history of the church and a little about the board/staff makes it a bit friendlier.

A photo of the sanctuary would be nice.

My church is very small and we have lost our pastor. The average age is between 65 and 70. We need to bring young people into the church. I am building a website http://www.solidrock-baptist-church.com and hope to use it to bring younger people into the church. Any ideas on how to bring people into the church would be appreciated.

The church I attend has dealt with the problem of an aging population.
With the cooperation of the congregation, we purposefully:
    • Updated our website
    • Updated our literature (“branded” our church literature with a designer logo)
    • Found a youthful worship leader
    • Hired a (younger) pastor to direct young adult and family ministries
    • Strengthened our child protection policies
    • Purposefully greeted and developed relationships with new members
Over the last 3 years we have seen some improvement

All of your ideas are good ones. I hope we can implement them at our church.

Thank you we are looking for a new pastor at this time and your idea of hiring a young pastor will be helpful.

There will be some trade-offs with hiring young...
You'll need a buy-in by the older congregation,
The congregation should expect a learning curve - there will be missteps
The pastor will not know everything or be able to do everything
    Experience will be lacking
You may loose some of the older members

But by simple observation you find that congregations tend to be around the age of the preaching pastor

With much prayer, and with wisdom and understanding a congregation can take a bold step
Wise and able elders should be able to assist and train a younger man into a strong leader.

Charles Spurgeon was such a find.
