I very much admire the fact he lives on a mission field. It thinking like yours which discourages folks from moving to places in need of the Gospel.

Unless God specifically calls me to, I am not leaving the Bible Belt. Seems like EWF is infected with the liberalism himself.

Nobody said you should leave where God has placed you. But what I reacted to wasn't what you just said below.

My governor (Chris Christy) is a Republican who served on Trumps transition team. Christy also put Jerrod Kushners father in jail. And for your edification, I live in a county which is republican & always has been a republican stronghold. So I don't live amongst liberal heathens....I live among Republican heathens.

They are liberal Republicans. I still remember Christy and Obama walking together and Christy acting like he was a kid at Christmas.

I read something about a KKK Rally in ...... Charlottesville VA. Isnt that Bible Belt?!?

Also for your edification, I am not infected with liberalism or neo conservatism or Trump style of Republicanism.

Using that logic, then Trump was a Democrat for 40 years & he was friends with the Clintons.

The President of the Seminary I attended wrote an excellent book, "The Great Conservative Baptist Compromise" which outlines the downfall of the CBA. Good read if you can find a copy.

There are KKK rallies throughout the South. Your point?
    Your posts are quite liberal.

Reynolds, would you keep to the topic of the OP? This is the Baptist History Forum, not Politics. What do you know about the CBA?

Unfortunately the "Bible Belt" has issues of its own as I'm not sure if a "Christian culture" benefits or hinders evangelism. I say this because I also live in the "Bible Belt" and I see the difficulty in witnessing to people who are culturally Christians yet live ungodly, worldly lives.

I agree. The big difference is the ideology around here is still conservative. Hunting, fishing, farming, high school football, not if but how many guns you own, etc. I am looking now for a pistol I misplaced and have found three guns I forgot I had. One of the 3 I don't remember buying. I am normal in my county. Now Atlanta, I wish Sherman had done a better job of burning it to the ground.

I was directly responding to "Rick Warren" theology. It is liberal. Iwas talking about theology, not politics. There is a direct correlation between liberalism in politics and liberalism in theology.
