    John 3:19–21

[19] And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil. [20] For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed. [21] But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in God.” (ESV)

There are two types of people described above. Which type were you prior to placing your faith in Christ?

Did you do wicked things or did you do works "which have been carried out in God"?

No thanks. Your sins won't impress me. I've wallowed in the mud deeper than most.

A or B. Which were you prior to coming to Christ?

Oh, so today you are a changed man, one who does not sin? BTW, I did not come to Christ, He came to me

How you could come to that conclusion from my post is beyond me.

He does seek and save sinners, by calling them to Himself.

no kidding! Now here is the thing, how do you define sin and do you consider sin somethings that is still existent in this world...indeed, something still existent in you? In short, is it a reality in both you and in the world? And if so, do you fight it? See you have to be very clear in your own self what you are prepared to do in this world in which you live.

18“He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Name of the Jesus is "GOD SAVES" and if you believe that "THE JUDGEMENT" is not on them.

The guy who doesn't believe "GOD SAVES" ALREADY has "THE JUDGEMENT" whats is the JUDGEMENT? what is the FALSEHOOD inside the mind of one who doesn't believe GOD SAVES?

    I know this guy:

He's the one who really thinks :the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil.

He sees someone do something evil and he is convinced they love evil more then good because of they were doing evil things.

He could never believe that they Love GOOD and that God will help them towards good.

The coward doesn't' believe God Saves but rather that God Damns.

Why would God damn anything, how could he in the world of sin where everyone sins (except Christ). And so the Calvinist lives a life of Good & Evil, Black & White, Light & Dark... never coming to the conclusion that the hypocrisy from which he lives is his greatest sin ... because what in this fallen world is sin?!? I suggest it is merely worldly reality that we all deal with each and every day.

Say three Our Fathers & Five Hail Marys for your penence and away with you...assuage your sinful self and get outa my face.

I can't see how this reply addresses the OP. And, it's essentially the same post you have made in many threads. Why, may I ask?

Simply because you don’t get it therefore repetition is required.

Are you cognicient of how many in here you have insulted (knowingly or unknowingly). Someone had to even quote Spergion (so ?) to drive home a point which I don’t think sunk in. If it has, then explain to me your tenor, your insufferable posturing, your lack of understand when debating issues. You have all the time in the world to express yourself, outline your suppositions etc. so take your time, develop a gracious style & maybe even learn from your opponents

The more a person thinks God is useless rather then a hero, the easier it is to believe people prefer evil over good.

The more one thinks highly of God the more it becomes unthinkable that anyone would prefer evil over good.

This judgment, this condemnation you make of others is a sin that is backfiring on you because you don't believe GOD SAVES.

    It is.

Which is why its a good idea to have faith God cares about others more then we do. And we should never give up on anyone, like God never gave up on us even betting his son on our worth to him.

I believe he gots this, and God is pretty good at what he does, greatest father is a father first. I believe he is a father to you first before it ever gets to God.

He can have us all peachy and in heaven at a blink of an eye.

Life is a classroom not a courtroom, I think he wants us to know and trust him.

I know I'm lacking in trust of God.

A lot of that mistrust falls on the rest of creation I start holding expectations of people. Like if you see a huge man grab an old lady by the arm, I might be quicker to think he is mugging her rather then helping her across the street., that is I'm condemning that Man loves darkness rather then light. Its a sin on my part to think that way. Or to quickly believe someone would deny Jesus/God if they had all the truth concerning him.

I don't believe anyone is evil, we can do evil things, And when folks do evil they are acting on a fear to control where otherwise they would not do if they knew better.

Like if you think back to the worst thing you ever done would you do it again knowing what you know now? I got to believe you wouldn't because I ought to believe you love LIGHT rather then darkness.

If I recall, it was St. Augustine who defined the doctrine of Original Sin and radical depravity to the church and disposed Pelagius belief that it is mans will, rather than being bound by sin, is actually neutral—so that at any moment it is free to choose either Good or evil.

The "Proof Text" of Original Sin.

NKJV Romans 5:12 Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned.

The verbs are aorist (simple past tense).

We were all there in past tense and we all sinned when Adam sinned.

    Therefore we all die.

Original sin is a Gift. Like training wheels of the obligated kind for Responsibility of the unobligated kind.

I have a responsibility for anyone who sins in that I have the option of setting such a good example throwing away the things we do wrong becomes obvious.

If you have two children one stabs the other. I count 4 victims with the parents.

If there is any suffering anyone has in mind for you and God can send it my way instead I call this an honor. The selfish mind thinks its not fair for them to pay for someone else's mistakes.

Its by this bond we all have being brothers and sisters that the POSITIVE which was accomplished in Jesus Christ credits us too.
