That is the way God has created us.

Who are you to say that God has done something wrong and foolishly attempt to take away that responsibility from others when it would be entirely ineffective for God's purposes.

For many centuries, the Roman Catholic Church presumed to stand in the place of Christ to "enforce" what they believed to be the "true" version of faith. This led to much bloodshed, including Baptist blood.

Do you sincerely want to go back to those days?

If you don't believe that we should respect God's providence regarding the freedom of others to chose faith or not, then you are advocating enforced religious conformity.

    I suspect you do.

I would tend to agree. I'm mainly Irish and English and we came to America very early, 1620's. I also have some Indian blood. Most Americans come from mixed heritages. Why then, are you so much against non-whites emigrating to the U.S. today?

I am not against anyone in particular immigrating to the USA. I believe it has to occur legally and in order. Hispanics seem to be the main group breaking that set of laws. For the record, I would much prefer hard working Hispanics over liberal white Europeans. The Hispanics MUST come legally. Its white Europeans that stole my peoples land. Hispanics are pretty close racially to me. Closer than Europeans anyway.
I believe the ideal immigrants are Jews and Orientals, because as a whole, they have the most to offer.

You supported Trump and he asked the question why should we allow emigrants from "sh**hole" countries to enter America. Why not get more people from almost all-white Norway.

First, the proponderane of the evidence is that Trump did not say that. The quote ,accurate or not, brings up a valid question. Why bring in high risk immigrants from troubled regions when we can bring in the best the World has to offer? I would contend the "best", at this moment in time, are Jews and Orientals.

You're incorrect. The evidence is that Trump did say that. Some Republicans claimed he used the word sh**house countries instead. personally, I don't find that acceptable either.
The "sh**house defense," explained: how Trump’s allies are trying to dig him out of his "sh**hole"

Uh no you don't get it. It wasnt all that long ago that dems were saying the exact same thing conservatives are saying now. The reason for the change is not right or wrong but how can dems get enough voters to support their agenda and never let repubs win again. Dems are using illegals as a political tool. Otherwise its like black people, they don't really care about them when it really comes right down to it.

Maybe you should find a new place to live. Sounds like you would be happier in Sweden.

For you that means supporting the Party who authorized the murder of babies and haven't done anything to reverse their law in 25 years. Also, it's the party that murders the poor and elderly by taking away the necessities. Then it lies about being "pro-life." On balance, the Republican Party is actually the party of DEATH.

But the power of the State to enforce religious beliefs is exactly what the Christian Right is pushing for under the guise of religious liberty. This includes the so-called war on Christmas and the unconstitutional "right" for Christians to refuse to serve those with whom they do not agree "according to their religion." This is especially true when the person discriminating against different types of people works for the government.

I would strongly suggest that you re-read this post of yours, and eliminate ALL that you cannot PROVE - not what you THINK and/or want to believe; IOW stick to facts rather than talking points.

This is exactly the type of garbage that made me "assume" that you were CTB under another moniker! He was constantly tossing out lies as to the "BELIEFS" of conservatives w/no scintilla of proof.

Is this the mantle you want to wear??:Whistling

What is your definition of religious liberty? Mine is that everyone in America is free to worship whatever god in whatever way they see fit. They are also free to say there is no god or that they don't know whether there is a god or not. This applies to Christians, atheists, agnostics, Muslims, Hindu's, Mormons and all other religious perspectives.
