Just a simple question: How many Representatives and Senators could be found guilty of treason for violating their oath to uphold the Constitution?

None, Violating their oath to support and defend the Constitution does not violate the Constitution's definition of treason. That definition is clear and limited.

Many ARE guilty of aggravated goat-roping, contempt of cop, & being ugly in a public place.

How can members of Congress be held accountable (beyond the ballot box) for what appears to me to be clear violations of their oaths to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America?

I think a charge of treason should be for truly serious things - not political football.

Treason is BETRAYAL. For trump to be guilty of treason, he'd hafta be proven to have actively plotted to take over the entire federal govt. by force, or handed Kim Jong Un our deepest electronic secrets, etc.

However, virtually all govt. officials commit ESPIONAGE, which is the obtaining of secret intel, against other countries, & against each other. Like beauty, guilt is in the eye of the beholder!
