I May Have Coronavirus

    I have been under the weather two weeks. Things got bad enough to go to urgent care. I was told my symptoms may be Coronavirus, when I called my insurance urgent care advice line to see if what I had demanded the ER or urgent care. I went to the ER today and the doctor thought it was Coronavirus and ordered a test. Test is back in 5-10 days. I was told the illness was peaking and should be downhill soon in my personal case.

    Sure, but there are many possible combinations of symptoms
    diarrhea
    vomiting
    headache
    muscle soreness
    fatigue
    shortness of breath
    unusual sweating
    insomnia

    Nothing too bad respiratory and just warm instead of a fever, I must have an unusual case.

    Yeah, sorry. My test came back negative. However, I followed up with my primary doctor. He had me tested again using blood so I could also get an antibody test. He said I either have a terrible stomach bug or Coronavirus. I am back in self quarantine waiting for that second test to come back. It will take another 2-12 days to get results.

    Originally 4 to 14 days. Yes, testing is broken. The labs are swamped from what I was told.

    My second test was negative, and I did not have antibodies. I had a bad stomach bug. My quarantine is over, but I still need to be cautious so I don't get infected.
