Trump has built his over one lifetime, & he has given his country the last number of years when he could have just continued to rake. The Firm? Centuries of taking all the cream off the top of their country. In return the country got things like ‘trooping the colors’, royal weddings for producing the next heirs to the throne, & standing outside the castle gates if there was a birth or death in the family.

I think I heard the royal family gets $150 million a year from the parliament.

That turns into real money over a few decades

    peace to you

Some of the lucky commoners get to rent from the royals which guarantees living in a safe zone, but Harry & Meagain didn’t want to have to speak to them, or interact with their neighbors, which would infringe on their royal privacy. So....they moved to Cali, & got their own mansion among the stars.

Didn't England by extreme heavy taxation take over many of the nobilities castles and lands and also rich peoples estates in the 20th century?

Did find this during the socialist England period. Socialists sock it to the rich, and take most of their wealth if they can. And not saying they are not socialists still.

The highest rate of income tax peaked in the Second World War at 99.25%. It was then slightly reduced and was around 90% through the 1950s and 60s.
In 1971 the top rate of income tax on earned income was cut to 75%. A surcharge of 15% kept the top rate on investment income at 90%.[17] In 1974 the cut was partly reversed and the top rate on earned income was raised to 83%. With the investment income surcharge this raised the top rate on investment income to 98%, the highest permanent rate since the war. This applied to incomes over £20,000 (£209,963 as of 2019).[7]
