    I disagree.

    One example comes quickly to mind. Concentration camp Jews being released as a result of allied countries making war on Nazi Germany.

    I assumed he was referring to those serving in the conflict.

    I was referring to the combatants themselves, & the civilians caught in the middle of a battle,
