The Greek text is without the accents. Google Translate to English only transliterated the text.

It is Koine Greek not modern Greek.
    Maybe that's the problem.

Switch browsers. I use both Chrome and Firefox on both my Android Phone and Tablet. They also work differently on the two devices.

Not when it agrees with the original Text. All Text's are corrupt. It just means mistakes. If you are saying Sinaiticus has a lot more mistakes than most other manuscripts then you would be right. But later correctors repaired many of the mistakes.

Suppose those "deliberately made changes" were made long before the Scribes of Sinaiticus made their manuscript? What about all of those Byzantine era scribes correcting those "deliberately made changes" back to the Original Text?

How is it determined? What are the deciding factors for the textual criticism methods used?

If a reading is shared with other manuscripts or sometimes with only one such as codex Vaticanus then the reading goes way, way back to a common ancestor. There are to many differences between those two manuscripts to be closely descended. So their striking agreements go way back to an ancient parent manuscript, descended through many copies. Not that they are the original text, but not made up by the scribes of Sinaiticus. Now there are many, many singular mistakes by the scribes of Sinaiticus, even skiping whole verses, but those are the mistakes of Sinaiticus scribes. But when missing words are in agreement with Vaticanus, then the common mistake goes back to the ancient ancestor. Neither mistakes are original text please do not get me wrong on that. But sometimes both follow the Majority Text. And sometimes one or the other. In those cases they do follow the original Text.

That is very true. One thing to accidentally make mistakes. But to deliberately make changes? Seems like there is no excuse!
