    Some democrats are saying NO!

Democratic Representative Dean Phillips said in an interview last week with WCCO radio in Minneapolis.

Phillips lauded Biden's decency and service, but added it is time for generational change.

Democratic Representative Angie Craig, who unlike Phillips faces a tough re-election on Nov. 8, on Tuesday said she is "in lock step and alignment" with Phillips, according to the Minnesota Post.

He shouldn't have run this past time, he's not mentally capable to do the job.

No. That would be like Trump running again.

We need an age cap on the Presidency.

Absolutely! Once a person reaches 70 years old then they shouldn't be allowed to run for president. Just like you have to be at least 35 years of age to be president.

One could say the same thing about the minimum age requirement. I am all for a minimum and maximum age. Frankly, the septuagenarians and octogenarians and nonagenarians need to step aside from holding public office. The United States desperately needs fresh faces leading this country instead of the same old, same old.

    No, Biden should not run.
No age limit needed. My 91 year old father-in-law is sharper in mind than most people so the age limit is not needed. However, Biden is like Reagan in that he's suffering from dementia. He is not fit for office.
Trump isn't fit for office either, but that's because he's a narcissist.

I wonder if Hillary can even win her party’s nomination?
(I wonder the same thing about Trump that talks like he wants to run again).

I would like to see two completely new candidates … maybe Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez vs Ron DeSantis. That would be a real choice.

No age limit, but debates should be mandatory to test for basic mental competence.

That’s what I say … no more “lesser of two evils”. Give the LEFT someone that they can really cheer for and the RIGHT someone that they can really cheer for. AOC is the poster child for the Left. Based on the hatred from the left, Ron must be pretty far to the right. Both are young and idealistic, but also politically savvy.

The dems put biden in office. Hillary still has all her faculties despite her evilness.

It sounds like a good ideal -BUT
Who would be required to participate?
In 2020 - there were at least 39 candidates on the ballot
Now, we could say that you would have to be on the ballot in enough states that would total 270 EC.
Lets suppose that there were 8 candidate that met that standard. Do we really want a 90 minute debate with 8 candidates - that would be 11 minutes per candidate !
Then how many debates would there be
Who would be in charge - (currently the Commission on Presidential debates has a rule that a candidate cannot attend any other debate)

If congress passes a law that candidates must debate - - should it also apply to Congress?

Also would TV/radio station be required carry the debate?

    Too many questions.

The candidates on the ballot in 2020
    Presidential election, 2020

Those who have filed to run in 2024 (at least 200 or so!)

But about 8 are in the polls:

Personally, I expect a Harris vs Trump 2024 Election.
Hillary vs Trump is more what this country deserves … another hold your nose and vote “lose/lose” choice.

Trump will lose to anyone the Dems put up. All the swing voters will vote Democrat if Trump runs. I doubt you comprehend how much the majority of people despise Donald Trump.

No one likes harris. Setting his rugged personality aside he is what we need. He is whats behind the glass that you only break during emergencies.
