    Romans 3:11 makes this statement and some read this as saying "there is none who seeks for God at any time." However the intended contextual message might be "there is none who seeks for God all the time, or when they are going against God by sinning."

    Contextually, since Paul is saying "all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3"23) our third choice is most likely the inspired message.

    The Holy Spirit inspired both the Old and New Testaments, and the Law makes us aware we are sinners. Note Romans 9:16 where salvation does not depend on the one who wills. Clearly the one who wills is seeking God. Then look at Matthew 23:13 and the fallen who were in the process of entering the kingdom, again clearly seeking God.

    Romans 3:10-11, ". . .
    As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. . . ."
    The reason for the exception for the latter is found in 1 John 4:19, ". . . We love him, because he first loved us. . . ."

    All Scriptures must harmonize with one another.

    Genesis 6:5 "And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth,
    and that
    every imagination of the thoughts of his heart
    was only evil continually."

    Matthew 23:13; But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!
    for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men:
    for ye neither go in yourselves,
    neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.

    But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!
    for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men:

    not eternal life and happiness,
    the entrance into which can neither be opened nor shut by men:
    those whom God determines to bring thither,
    shall have an entrance abundantly ministered to them,
    in spite of the opposition of men and devils;

    though these men did all that in them lay,
    to hinder persons enjoying everlasting glory.

    But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!
    for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven (the Gospel dispensation) against men:

    (the Gospel dispensation is the New Testament Administration of The One Eternal Covenant)

    NOTHING about "Salvation" is meant, intended, or expressed, by "the kingdom of heaven".

    The Scribes and Pharisees were not allowing people
    to ENTER IN UNDER THE INFLUENCE
    of THE DISCIPLES GOSPEL MINISTRY>

    The Gospel dispensation is here meant
    , by, "the kingdom of heaven"
    "which opened by the ministry of John the Baptist, Christ and his disciples,
    and which the Scribes and Pharisees did all they could to shut;

    "by discouraging the preaching of the Gospel,
    and the administration of ordinances, in which this dispensation lay;

    "and prejudicing the minds of men against it,
    that they might not embrace the doctrines of it, nor submit to its ordinances:
    they, by their office, ought to have opened and explained the Scriptures,
    the prophecies of the Old Testament relating to the Messiah,
    and led the people into a knowledge of the mysteries of his kingdom,
    and encouraged them to enter into this new state of things;

    "which, according to the true intent of Scripture, was to take place, and now did:
    but instead of this, they shut up the Scriptures, took away the key of knowledge,
    and laid it aside;

    " and darkened the Scriptures by their false glosses,
    and obliged the people to observe the traditions of the elders,
    and which they call , "an hedge for the law" (w);

    "to which Beza thinks, the allusion is here,
    and by which men were shut up, and kept from the true knowledge
    both of law and Gospel:

    ...

    "for ye neither go in yourselves,
    neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in."

    "...they neither believed in the Messiah themselves,
    nor embraced the doctrines relating to his person and office:
    have any of the Pharisees believed on him? No;

    "they received him not, they rejected him,
    and also the counsel of God, against themselves,
    not being baptized with the baptism of John, the forerunner of Christ;

    "nor would they suffer others, that were inclined to profess their faith in him,
    and be baptized, to do it;

    "but discouraged them all they could, by their reproachful treatment of the person,
    miracles, and ministry of Christ, and by their threatenings and menaces,
    and by their excommunications of such as made a confession of him."

    Straight up denial of God's word. The people were entering the kingdom of heaven, and false teachings prevented them from going in.

    Romans 9:16 says some will to be saved and others do things to be saved, thus Falselogy is unbiblical.

    More Falselogy denial of obvious truth The people of Matthew 23:13 were entering the kingdom of heaven, and false teachings prevented them from going in.

    Romans 9:16 says, "16 So then it is not of him that willeth,
    nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy."

    Thanks for agreeing, scripture teaches some of the lost will be to saved, thus Falselogy is fiction.

    Scripture Teaches that some will be Saved
    and "easy-supposed-regeneration from the dead-mental believism"/
    "Universal Atonement"/
    "decisional non-regeneration"/
    "blind bloodless faith-supposed regeneration from the dead",

    etc., etc.,

    DO NOT Teach that some will be saved.

    They all teach that an Atonement was made
    and it is up to the lost sinner to, "Make Jesus their Lord", in so many words.

    Or "sign" a Confession Card,
    Or Repeat "a Prayer",

    HOWEVER, Not One Soul is ASSURED SALVATION.

    "Salvation" is only said to have been "made possible",
    and, logically, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT NONE WOULD BELIEVE and BE SAVED.
    ...

    "Calvinism", as The Whole Counsel and Manifest Wisdom of God,
    in The Triune Godhead's Eternal Covenant of Salvation,
    is sometimes called, as a colloquialism, ASSURES SALVATION TO SOME.

    "Arminianism" DOES NOT.

    ...

    God has hidden John Calvin from the wise and prudent and revealed him unto babes.

    Romans 11:5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.

    It has been said that there couldn't be much more of a complete statement of Depravity.

    Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made, and he said to the woman, "Has God indeed said, 'There is none who seek God?' Surely He meant, 'There is none who seek God all the time' or 'when they are going against God by sinning' or any other words I can put into your head to lead you away from the true word of God. which says there is none who seeks God. Period."

    I listened to a talk by Richard Owen Roberts some years ago. He remarked that these days Satan could be pretty much in semi-retirement, just visiting a few false teachers from time to time and whispering in their ears, "Keep it up; you're doing a great job!"
