    Favorite Verse:
Proverbs 3:5-6 Having God direct my paths is all that actually matters.
I have a B.S. in physics from UCLA and completed much of an M. Div. from the San Francisco Baptist Theological Seminary, an independent, fundamentalist seminary now defunct. I have pastored for 13 years and am in my third church pastorate. I have spent another ten years in a quasi-full-time creation-science ministry and four years in an evangelistic, university-oriented campus ministry. I am a retired electronics and mechanical design engineer.

I am definitely a young-earth creationist and maintain a web page devoted to creation science issues at www.creationtruthoutreach.org .

My church also has a web page at www.trbap.org .

    I am a dispensationalist.

I believe the inspiration and the authority of Scripture is absolute. A Creator God who can create an entire universe of over 200 billion galaxies out of nothing, placing every atom of exactly the right kind and where it needs to be is extremely intelligent and powerful. Such a God would have no problem expressing exactly what He wants in Scripture while working through human prophets. For Him, working a miracle is no harder than maintaining the normal order in the universe. It is all a matter of what in HIs will He chooses to do.

Science is only making measurements of controlled phenomena and looking for patterns of behavior. It provides no answers to the really interesting questions. If you drop a rock, I can calculate its speed according to its height. I cannot tell why gravity exists or has the specific strength we observe. Scientists who claim that science disproves the Bible lie. In the journals among themselves, they more or less admit that there is a difference between what they say publicly and what they observe. As materialists, they WANT what they say to be true. However, they cannot defend themselves against the arguments of qualified creationists and hence suppression of creationist arguments and bold slander and personal attacks are their only weapons. Sadly, 2 Thessalonians 2 says that if someone doesn't love the truth, God gives him over to delusion to believe the lie. This most certainly applies to evolutionists.

A man in the pulpit representing God before a group of people has no excuse for compromising on the integrity of the Scriptures. In the Bible, God has frequently judged people for not believing what He said. By contrast, He has never honored anyone for not believing Him. How I yearn that pastors and Bible college/seminary professors understood this.

We serve a God who is worthy of service and worthy of worship. May we strive to glorify Him and encourage others to glorify Him during the short time we have here. "Even so, come Lord Jesus" (Revelation 22:20).
