    Under the Old Covenant, both saved and lost were part of it, but now under the new One, only the saved are part of it!

    Actual, it appears that the Old Covenant had regenerated sinners, but the Holy Spirit had not yet come to forever indwell them.

    The Church of the NT to me was Jesus calling together out of national Israel Spiritual Israel, made up of both saved jews/Gentiles.
