Hebrews 1:8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

    Very God of Very God!!!

Early on in the four gospels---there's a portion of Scripture were John the Baptizer's disciples take liberty to announce the revealing of God come in flesh

Here's what they said and here's my interpretation

    Scripture---"We have found the Messias!!!"

Interpretation---"We have found the God of Man!!"

Scripture---"We have found him of whom Moses in the law and the prophets did write, Jesus of Nazareth!!!"

Interpretation---"We have found the Man of God!!"

Jesus Christ---God in flesh as God of Man and as Man of God!!!

Did the Lord Jesus "Keep" this command?? Better question begs---did He "obey" this command???

Yes, indeed He did----He never placed another god above Himself---He proved His obedience to this command in the wilderness temptations when the devil tempted him to fall down and worship him---what was Jesus' response??? "It is written, Thou shalt have no other Gods before Me"

Remember reading in Exodus----ole Moses was up on Sinai with God---and God wrote those commands on those tables of stone??? Well----God came to earth---"fleshed" Himself---came to Earth----and beginning from the womb---He started obeying what He wrote there on Sinai!!!!

Jesus obeyed this command---PERFECTLY!!!!!! He obeyed His own law!!!! Unlike sinners!!!

Saggywoman, I have friends who are on the board that have been both suspended and banned. They have spoken to me about their suspensions and bans, so I do know a little about it.
For instance, after I came on recently and saw sfiC and his wife had been banned, I called his home phone in Mississippi and he talked of the message he received. I have known sfiC for many years as I attended the Church he pastored in NC back in the early nineties.

Jn 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.

Jn 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
