It makes no difference if HE doesn't support a repeal of R v. W...the supreme court justice(s) he appoints will. That is classic politics. If McCain wins, there will not be babies legally sitting in a room left to die without medical care, food and nutrition, and most importantly...love. We may as well sacrifice them to Molech in a fire! This election is much more about who is the best option...it is about keeping the worst option this country has ever seen OUT!!

If you want to vote who would be "best"...vote Baldwin.

If you want to keep Obama out...vote McCain.

It is like this EVERY election! So that means that if we follow this thinking then we will never vote for who is best, but will only vote for who we dislike the least of the two parties!

Someone remind me again of how this is democratic?

What you have bought into is that principles and values do not matter.

That's a lie. It is for this very reason I do not want Obama in office.

It's democratic because we are choosing, not the methodology of the choosing.

Is Baldwin clearly the "best" candidate in the USA to be president? Some have argued Ron Paul is. There is no human being inside the USA better than this man? What makes him the "best"?

Exactly - every four years we are supposed to hold our noses to mask the stench of voting for the less stinky choice. As long as we keep this, up the smell is going to go on and on and on.

The stench will remain regardless of who's in office. Baldwin is not the end-all-be-all.

If someone is voting to try to teach someone a lesson, it's as bad as voting based on race.

That's fine webdog - go ahead and follow blithely along as the GOP tells you who to vote for. Keep wasting your vote election after election.

I am tired of wasted votes - I am ready to send the GOP a message.

Likewise, open your arms for socialism and infanticide in your quest of political "hand slapping".

Excellent logic - blindly follow the party line or you are a socialist baby killer!

Sorry, gotta step aside, I can feel acrimony arising here. I apologise.

I'm not saying I think Baldwin is the perfect solution.....my point is that I think a great thing could happen is everyone truly voted for whomever they thought was the best of the entire group....not settle for one of two parties.

Too many settle because they think they have to.......if only EVERYONE realized they didn't have to! I'm thinking that could be the greatest election ever. It would send shock waves through the system, even if the third party choice didn't win...but came close. It would strengthen the third or fourth parties confidence and chances for the future, and would really turn the tables for how these elections/debates are handled for the future.

It could be something great......but nah....maybe we should just continue to settle.

So many seem to point out the liberalism of candidates rather quickly, attempting to stay true to conservativism. Somehow, the way things go, people vote as if true conservativism always resides within the GOP.

If McCain is so "mavericky" within his own party, can he really be trusted as a true conservative?

Shouldn't those who are conservative have no other option than to vote against the GOP?

He'll surrender to the U.N. on climate change, & worldwide poverty. McCain is no conservative.

That's right! He is no conservative. He is on the wrong side of illegal criminal immigration, climate change, the UN, earmarks, federal spending etc.
