Going out to eat at Ryan's Buffet tonight, so everybody can get what they want, and as much as they want.

Tonight DH and I are going out with friends for their 25th anniversary (we got married a few months apart). Know that we're in NY with some of the most amazing restaurants, yet where do they want to go? Outback. LOL So we'll be going to Outback for dinner and the kids will have pasta and salad at home.

Last night was a nice salad with lots of stuff and bean-n-cheese burritos.

Tonight is bacon wrapped, grilled filet mignon, salad, we'll see if I can find some corn on the cob in this town.

I've never had or made this kind of steak as it's too expensive, then I found it for TWO DOLLARS each! Isn't that insane?! I gave them a nice peppercorn spice rub and grilled 'em up for tonight.
I'm gonna have to call that grocery store back and make a few "suggestions" for their next sale. Some lobster would be nice. hehehe After that, snow crab legs. After that, portabello mushrooms. mmmmm

Bbq buffalo wings! It seems to be a favorite hill. Grill them outside for a yummy, crispy outside, then a film of bbq sauce and a slow bake in the oven so the meat is falling-apart tender. YUM!
