Well, back to the thread.....

    Yes, I doubt that you being in the Airline business gives you any inside track on the conditions in Iraq. You should stick to sources that actually back up your claims. I'll wait.

    Yes it does it allows me to travel the world and work with other airlines from other countries and at our Airline many people including Iraqi and Iranian work for the Airline although a minority.

    You may doubt it ..but I do not and the people I have met and work with do not doubt it...but as one person you can opin.

    So why would I take your words over a family member who has actually earned medals being there ? All I have is your word, which I find very dubious.

    Most, an overwhelming most, of the vets I know strongly disagree with you on your assessment of their lives.

    I know you hate Bush, but stick to provable facts. The money the war is costing is a bummer, but the cost of doing nothing is far greater.

    Another story on how our tax dollars are winning us friends...and where is the big time money being saved by outsourcing this war...imho it will actually endanger our troops..who are hunkered down.

    BB page

    Price of doing nothing??? that is a big misnomer we are always doing something and were doing something before ...so just because it is not shock and awe does that mean we are not doing something...sad day when we have to spend 300 billion dollars on a occupation that is failing in actually getting Iraq on its feet.

    I read in my local paper that three American servicemen died yesterday. Eight during the weekend. (I don't have a link to the paper, but THIS LINK should do, eh ?

    How does this happen in a green zone. Ever been in a green zone ? There is a distance between a green zone, and safe harbor. A big one, apparently.

    And you are the one claiming to know where the troops are, in the O/P. I am not even close to breaking any rules by challenging you.

    Bro. Curtis it is useless arguing with folks with an agenda. They are unswayed by facts, facts mean nothing to people like that. They choose to try to further their agenda regardless of the damage they do. Their hate is so strong that the lives of the innocent do not matter to them. With these people, as hard as it might be, to follow what is said in 2 Timothy 2:23-25;

    Remind everyone of these things, and command them in God's name to stop fighting over words. Such arguments are useless, and they can ruin those who hear them. Avoid godless, foolish discussions that lead to more and more ungodliness.

    You know, I challenged you on this safe harbor thing.

    First, you make the utterly ridiculous claim that your position in the airlines gives you special info the rest of us don't have access to.

    Second, you slander Ann Coulter.

    Third, you call me names.

    Fourth, you finally admit that you meant green zone.

    I resent you saying they are in safe harbor. Why don't you just stop it ?

    <personal attacks deleted - LE>

    Safe harbor IMHO as compared to having no walls and high security in comparison to the rest of Baghdad....now compared to central park in New York it is unsafe..but the subject is Iraq.

    Ann Coulter deserves to be scrutinized and exposed she is a major ...major...47 yr. old woman who uses sex to sell herself ..IMHO.(her latest P.T. Barnum public stunt is to release her book on 6/6/06 to sucker in right wing religion.

    <personal attack deleted - LE>

    Stop..no ..will not be bullied by you or anyone else to control free speech...

    <personal attack deleted - LE>

    I am saying in traveling the world I have more freedom and areas I can go...but this is the major point! anyone who pays taxes in this country can comment on the cost in Iraq...and they do not have to have been there...it is their money and they can demand accountability...pure common sense and fairness on that one.
