Bugman, Jewett's book is on my "to read list." Thanks for the confirmation.

I think I have the entire set of the affordable "Puritan Paperbacks" series and I read/reread them over and over as a devotional of sorts. I think it was Tozer who first turned me to the idea that good christian literature is the kind that makes you hunger more for the source. That's what the Puritans do for me. They're affordable too.

I'm also a military history fanatic so I generally have some historical work going at the same time. Right now, going on the second read of
_The Great War in Modern Memory_ by Paul Fussell. Also, trying to find time to read the Clancy/Zinni book, _Battle Ready_.

I've looked at the Puritian Paperbacks before and started to druel [IMG]

I definitly want to get them, but there is jsut so much I want to read. I jsut finished reading Sproul's "Willing To Beleive" and was impressed (never did finished Piper's Future Grace. I know what he's saying very well so I had troubles getting into it) So now after reading Willing To Beleive I want to read Luther's Bondage of the will and Edward's Freedom of the Will...Sigh, so many books so little time and money...

I finished Why I Stopped Listening to Rush last week, it was a great book!

I am now starting To Train Up A Child by Michael and Debi Pearl. I read the first chapter today, it looks to be a great book, and will hopefully be a blessing to my wife and I, and to our children.

Just finished reading *redeeming love* by Francine Rivers. I bought it ages ago after continual badgering by my girlfriend. I'm glad she did badger me now...its a great book and although I was skeptical at first (due to it being somewhat of a romance novel) I found it hard to put down. It's a fictional book based on the story of Hosea, and its set in the 1800's. A great book for christians whether woman or man.
