That is a requirement of all citizens except, in some states, Pastors and I explained the difference in an earlier post. To put immigration to the level of murder or abuse is disgusting in my opinion.

 

So now your story changes

 

Gosh, you don't have a lot of faith in the doctors of our country. We are talking about the reporting of gunshot wounds, not murders.

Also, we aren't putting immigration on the level of murder or abuse of children. There are obvious differences in the treatment of each type of case. It just so happens that there is a common factor (Hospitals being required to report it), but that doesn't put them on the same level. If you want to attempt that argument you may, but I'll simply shoot it down by showing that murderers and petty thieves both have mugshots taken. That doesn't put them on the same level. It simply means that some parts of the process are common.

 

Murder and petty theft are both crimes; being an illegal alien isn't.

 

Did you happen to catch the word illegal? Then there is nothing to worry about is there.

 

Being a murderer and being a thief aren't crimes either. It's the act of murder that is the crime. Simply walking around after the murder is not a crime (even though you are a murderer).

The same with illegal aliens. The act of crossing the border is a crime. The crime, like the murder, needs to be punished.

Of course, you also fail to mention that it is a crime to simply be walking around if you have already been deported once and return to this country.

 

Illegal entry is a crime. An illegal alien who enters and overstays his visa isn't a criminal.

No flash there brother. You say you trust Jesus with all your heart, etc. Why do you not apply his teaching in your life in the way you treat and post about others? It was a bad example only in it stepped hard on some toes on the board.

Remember, Jesus was very kind to sinners, but came down very hard on the self-righteous fundamentalists of his day. They view of others was not kind. There is a lesson there about Christ for all of us.

Don't the rest of you know that someone is morally superior to you because he can tell us about our supposed lack of compassion. If he really cared he would sell his computer and send the proceeds to some Arizona hospital to help cover the cost of providing medical care for illegal immigrants. Instead, he hypocritically preaches to us trying to remove the supposed speck from our eye while being careful not to knock his computer screen over with the beam sticking out of his.

The Arizona proposed law is not of Christ. It is of revengeful, hardhearted man inspired dislike. There is no Christ-like love in the proposal.
