Indirectly, confiscating property from drug users has replaced speed traps to finance local governments, filling the jails and creating jobs.

I still say Arizona should have a Stand and Defend law allowing a rancer the legal right to stand and defend his property with any force neccesary.

Right now ICE and Justice give more rights to armed smugglers tressoassing than to the property owners. The property owners are assumed to have committed 1st degree murder if they defend their property. At least by the obama regime...
