77 Hour Doctor of Ministry Program w/o a Master of Divinity

    Stefan, I wouldn't totally disagree in spirit. That said, law school requires the same courses regardless if you're a Poly Sci major (with coursework in Constitutional law) or if you're a Phys Ed major. So there's some precedent to being redundant. We already have multiple degree tracks in seminary, and you'd have the same faculty teaching, so there's not much of a down side. That said, I wouldn't oppose leveling courses as such. Ministry is so broad, you have to have program breadth, and it's hard to get that in just 60 hours.
