I don't have anything against anyone.
But I will stand against those doctrines which the Bible does not teach or advocate.

DHK, we differ or we would not be here. We are invited to come with our differences, so set the standard of reasonable tolerance and fairness. If you enforce the rules against your opposition, enforce the rules on yourself and your advocates as well. Don't be two faced and hypocritical. Again set the standard with your words and actions. Rules should be upheld by all equally in spite of our disagreements or who is teaching according to truth from our own perspective. :thumbs:

 

I do that HP. You accuse me unfairly. As I said, when a vital doctrine is attacked such as the atonement I will not hesitate to use words such as "heresy" or even stronger. Neither will others. You can go and read them for yourself. They will not get infractions in such a situation.
You and I can answer each other quite amicably (most of the time).
However if another moderator were to enter this forum and read the threads that Moriah is involved in, and give an infraction for every offense committed he would be banned by now. Statements like "You are deceived and a deceiver." Such statements are made time and time again. If they are thought through they are a reference either to Satan or the anti-christ, and can't get much more rude than that. If I clean up the threads giving infractions to offenders then what will happen? But I haven't done that. All in all the threads are not a good testimony to those who are visiting. Perhaps I should edit more. I don't know if it would be a deterrent or not.

 

I read that. He first defines sin by his own imagination, then judges the bretheren by his own self-made devices. If Scripture is true, he is going to have a lot of explaining in the end, because he is going to be judged by the same standard. For that to be done, any and all will be able to define sin as they see it and hold him accountable to everman's opinion. Think about that for a minute.

 

The standard is God's Word. Offensive language and language that is deceptive or that tells lies is against God's Word. As I said, I can give evidence of such posts. The Bible says to judge righteous judgment. It is a command. I should obey the commands of Jesus shouldn't I?
